I went back Bidor on freshie Sunday morning. First at all, congrats to myself that I didn't gain weights in Bidor. Usually, the fats and oils will keep waving hands to me and say
'WE BEEN WAITING YOU FOR SUCH A LONG TIME !!'
Shqqq~ Not anymore :) Until today, I lose another one kg.
